I wanted to buy but couldn’t find one I liked within my budget in the neighborhood I wanted to live in (seaport)

I have a place in literally about to sell in Seaport area in the next few weeks, your mortgage would be the same or leas. If you want to hear more DM me

How much do you make? That $ sounds about right for the area. Prices are still pretty low compared to 2019 in the city, so I’d really look into buying.

Damn that’s quite a bit of cash on rent! What’s your age, if you don’t mind me asking?

Seems about right for seaport

I make far less than you and pay more than that for my 1 bed in the seaport lol

Hi, I live in the watermark seaport and pay similar price. Absolutely love it here…the other luxury buildings are nice as well, but the service is top notch here. I checked and there’s one open 1 bedroom apartment. Direct message if you want me to refer you and we can both get a referral bonus

Yeah sept 17 … kind of too late for me

I have a place to rent in southie for $2600. Top floor double roof deck walk to the beach and the T

Any tips for someone who discounts good feedback but heavily focuses on the opportunities to improve? So much that I have a fear of getting fired despite receiving overall good feedback. I started a new job earlier this year. The function of the role and industry is new to me. My manager told me he generally has higher expectations than the rest of the organization. Originally, I viewed this as a great learning opportunity but can't help to think I'm not cut out for this and fear the worst.

I’m planning on asking for a raise for the first time in my career and I want to list out my accomplishments but I don’t want to seem cocky about it. (cont’d)

Anyone from FMCG, OTTs, Flipkart or Amazon here? I could use a referral. I've 8 years of experience in Telcom and Consulting primarily. Focus has been in CVM, Product Management and Retailer commissions/Trade Marketing. TIA

what Amex do you get at LEK for the corporate card? does it make sense to even get it if I already have my own gold amex?

I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.

Is it just me but I think ex-[MBB] makes sense and even ex-Deloitte or any of the bigger prominent firms because it actually speaks to an active Alumni group or a profession with a broad skillset. But ex-[Bank] looks a bit strange. Please educate me! Am I being a snob?
