Depends on the role.
As an analyst, it’s a good start, however, as a senior associate, you should get paid better.
Its an analyst position. But I looked up on glassdoor that the average is around $80k.

Rule of thumb: if a firm is not willing to pay average base salary at entry level positions don't expect that to be different with bonuses and long-term growth prospects
