Depends on the role.
As an analyst, it’s a good start, however, as a senior associate, you should get paid better.


Its an analyst position. But I looked up on glassdoor that the average is around $80k.

I wouldn't sell my soul for 50k.


I wouldn't either. Hate to say it.

What is the bonus like?


Rule of thumb: if a firm is not willing to pay average base salary at entry level positions don't expect that to be different with bonuses and long-term growth prospects


It’s very low. (Source: I worked there). Are you starting fresh out of undergrad? Do you have relevant IB experience? How many years of IB experience do you have ?
