It really depends on your tax bracket now versus your tax bracket when you withdraw. Since there is no way to really know your future tax bracket, some of each seems reasonable. Most important thing is to keep putting as much as you can in.
If you can afford to pay extra taxes now, try to Roth more. Tax free money in retirement when the money has grown will be very sweet...
