Anyone know how to claim your dog as a dependent??

Help please!!! I have 2 offers, epam systems and cognizant. Both are giving same offer and I'm a Salesforce developer with 3+ yoe. Please advice which one to choose by keeping all the factors in mind like job security, work, hike, wlb, work culture. PS. I'm more concerned about job security as i have heard some negative review about job security for both of them. Help please 😊 Cognizant EPAM Systems

Have two offers - Product Manager McKinsey & Company and Senior Product Manager - tech Amazon. Having a hard time figuring out which to choose and which one to let go. Money definitely more at Amazon (50% more than McKinsey), but keep hearing awful things about Amazon’s work culture / long working hours. Also, McKinsey’s offer is in their technology & digital department (non consulting) so WLB would be definitely better it seems. Worth slogging for 3 years or so at Amazon and skip McKinsey?

No, borderline medium
Thoughts on joining a company at this stage?
Falls within category of SME (Small & Medium sized enterprise). Small being less than 100, Medium being 100-999. Not big, but arguably not small

I generally prefer smaller companies. They tend to have a more 'grassroots' feel where everyone is working for a common purpose.
Once a company hits about 1000 or more people the culture tends to change. They tend to become more process driven and political, losing some of that camaraderie and identity that you have with a smaller company.

No, 200 is on the small side of medium.
I believe the technical term here is “shmedium”
That's a medium sized company, really. I'd say over 500 is something that's "big".
No its not big. I would actually prefer to be at a smaller place with that many employees. We have thousands where I am at :)
Definitely SME. I've been on some incredibly lean teams in my day, well below the 200 people mark. While it's cool to see how much a small team can get done, I prefer having enough people to effectively handle a growing workload.
Not quite, this is on the smaller end of company sizes. I personally would prefer not to work at a place much larger than this.
Right on, so I'm in the right place then
Nope. It's not big. It's small to medium, is this a new company?
No, they've been around for a decade
