Is a 4% 401k match no vesting period too low? Looking at a 20% raise from my senior promotion plus 10k bonus to a smaller niche financial services firm building out their accounting team. Its a really fast growing industry and theyre building out their financial reporting process. I know I dont want to stay till manager in public either. Trying to look at it holistically. Would be starting early January after putting my two weeks in before the holidays, skipping out on a pretty hectic busy szn.

Can someone guide me on EY Parthenon's interview process and salary range for a senior manager.

I just had dinner with some old friends and they are about to retire early. Part of their plan is to downsize their home, get a small condo and travel for 9-10 months a year. Does this seem crazy? I just can’t imagine it. I guess they figured the cost would be about the same but wouldn’t you miss the relationships. Wouldn’t your kids feel lost without having a sense of home? Anyone thought about this?

I was contacted by a recruiter on behalf of a nonprofit seeking a remote executive director. Recruiter asked what my target salary is. According to 2020 990 info, the total annual revenue was $242,732, and total salary expenses was $150,448. On their website, there are four staff listed not including the ED. Their positions are: Director, Managing Director, Senior Editor, and Communications/Engagement Manager.

What is a reasonable target salary to respond to the recruiter with?
