I joined in august in ADP Hyderabad and am in India shift 9 to 6 timing. But in my salary I have received shift bonus amount as well. But it varied month on month. Joined companyB with 10lpa and left at 10lpa(11 months)
Joined companyC with 18.8lpa ( currently working here for 7 months)
I was approached by my Manager from companyA and he has asked me if i am interested to join his team. ( He is now working for a different organisation as sr. Manager) . They are okay with 25lpa + compensation
Should I consider this opportunity or is it too early to switch again

A big shout out to IT team who always fix all your issues within hours.
I feel IT people are underrated but it is they who make sure all the infrastructure of company is up and running

Somedays I feel that I will learn everything, work harder than anyone else. I will keep growing.

I am constantly stuck between the two.
P.S when the time demanded, I worked my ass off, even 16-18 hours a day for upskilling. It paid off.
