Is a lighter workload at a digital marketing agency not a good sign, especially when other teams are busy?

The person that hired me about 4 months ago is leaving for another opportunity. I’m anxious enough as it is not having great FT experiences. How do I increase my security during this transition period and my place within the agency?

Email etiquette question here: If you and your manager on interacting with an investor in an email thread and you send your manager an response draft to review and he does not respond and so the email never gets sent to the investor, whose fault is it? The way I see it, the ball was in his court. Is it really my job to remind people to respond to their emails? That’s another job onto itself.

Quick question: if you are still regularly WFH since the start of the pandemic has your company compensated you in anyway for your home office? (Internet, printer, desk, etc)

If your out of office is fewer than 2.5 hours and we don’t have a big deliverable or client meeting at that time, then I don’t need to know. Just block your calendar and take the time you need.

If you’re that concerned about visibility, you either have way too much to prove or a manager who you need to escape from.
