Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?

If you already think of leaving after one year, trying to “stick it out” for 4 more years will be shit.
Don’t think most jobs require 5+ YOE. Try to give it another year to really learn the toolkit (if your mental and physical health allows), and reevaluate. If you have to leave now because you’re not feeling well and that wouldn’t go away, then by all means, pull the plug
FWIW, pre-covid, the median college grad spent 18 months at their first job. Depends what you're doing, why you're leaving, and where you want to go, but in general it's not hard to tell a good story if you hit the year mark.
After being laid off after 1 year at ACN, I’m having trouble marketing myself to non-consulting firms if that gives any insight. Been having great luck with securing interviews at other consulting companies however.
Ah, yeah that's kind of what I'm concerned about. Consulting is a lot less appealing in 100% remote working environment. Best of luck though :)
Make your experience up.
I think most advice would depend on what is making you want to leave
1. Professional. I'm stuck on a government project, one I basically can't get off of fulltime for at least another year. Don't feel like there's much more for me to learn and feeling kind of stagnated despite firm initiatives/external projects.
2. Personal. Had a shitty experience with the industry leadership and don't feel all that great about working for people with those sorts of morals.
