Is Amazon WLB really worse than consulting? In what ways? Feel like I spend so much time and energy on firm initiatives and BD that presumably wouldn’t exist in a traditional industry role, even within FAANG.

I'm really struggling with depression/anxiety already and on top of that I'm on a difficult busy engagement (difficult client and manager).

I have a job offer which seems good (more pay and development) but in an industry I'm not super passionate about. Coupled with a nagging feeling I should wait for the "perfect exit opportunity" to avoid hindering my career, has resulted in me being extra confused and stressed.

Any thoughts or guidance?

2. My team is having an 2-day offsite meeting in another city and many folks outside of our team are all traveling in for it. Some are only attending for an hour.
