Can someone confirm that as part of the salary harmonization SD base salaries will be adjusted to minimum of 300K and bonuses will be 20-30% inline to get total compensation close to MBB?
Hey all, curious to know what the approximate yearly comp range is for a Manager level in CapTech. Also, would you say the work life balance is decent and is there a lot of travel required?
Some salary calculation tips which almost always holds good and I have checked atleast some 20 -25 CTCs before coming up with this ,3-8 lpa divide by 12 to 14 in equal parts, 8 - 12lpa divide by 14 to 14.5 in equal parts, 12 to 18 divide by 14.5 to 15 in equal parts , 18 above divide by 15.5 now on the value you got add + or - 5 percent that will be your in-hand ....
I’m in the midst of a few conversation to make a lateral move to mid-market IB. Anyone know average base comp for senior Director level? Think Harris Williams, Lincoln International or any other in similar tier? Curious how they comp against BB.
Got emailed to interview for a senior manager of corp strategy at Pegasystems. Does anyone know what the comp range and equity look like for that role and level?
How much (salary range) does a media supervisor get paid in NYC? I feel like I’m about to draw the short stick 🤦🏻♀️
Senior Creatives and CDs, what’s your salary and title? And city too. The more we know, the more we can look after ourselves.
What are the typical comp adjustments in Minneapolis area? I’m considering moving to Minneapolis but going into industry. The recruiter told me I could pretty easily get $75-80k with 3-5% increases...
I got a job offer! When interviewing I gave them a salary range, of 65K to 75K. They offered me 65K. I'd like to negotiate for more. Any tips?
Anomaly NYC? Thoughts? Average AE salary?
One of my closest friends needed help launching his brand. I helped them for free. He casually reaches out every week to discuss stuff in detail. Hasn’t done it much recently, but now he wants my partner to provide their POV on their area of expertise. My partner and I are currently looking for jobs, and I feel it’s a bit insensitive of him not to offer some compensation. I’d ask for it but im a bit confused if doing so would make me a shitty friend. Isn’t that what friends are for?
What salary range should I expect with 2 years of client-side experience looking to move to an agency in LA? Is 2 years still junior? For context, I’ve been told my book is solid but slightly lacking in big, conceptual thinking.
For those that take on small freelance projects on the side (more consulting/work for small companies, night/weekend hours), is it worth setting up an LLC for that? Do you typically lower your rate for small companies vs what it would be freelancing at a day rate for an agency?
Where are the negative KPMG folks who said there’s no way we’re getting mid-year comp adjustments? Show yourselves!
Between four various plans, I put 30% of my salary into retirement, was thinking of upping to 35% as I’m promoted. My wife thinks this is too much into retirement and would rather we hold more in cash or at least a more liquid brokerage account. She’s very self disciplined and frugal, I’m not so like the lock out of retirement accounts. What are y’all thoughts?
My boss agreed to review my ask for my increase in salary and asked me to update my job description. Is there anything extra I should include?
When you do a day rate do you put a limit on hours per week? Do you limit the info day at 8, 10 hours or just a flat wherever it falls, like 1 day is 8 hr the following is 12?

This may be a hot take - but as a younger person, working with parents of small kids (especially new parents) is so frustrating. I frequently find myself responsible for picking up the slack due to their family commitments - it’s also somehow completely socially acceptable for kids to barge into zoom meetings screaming. I wouldn’t find it nearly as bothersome if I felt like leadership and parent colleagues took my issues and non work commitments seriously in addition to that of parents and kids
What are your New Year’s resolutions?
Anyone else feel overpaid? Like after paying all my bills and saving for retirement I still have so much extra money to be able to take vacations and buy things I want, all for doing THIS. Crazy

What is the best thing you've spoiled yourself with in 2018? $300 or less spent on something that you didn't know you couldn't live without!
Just got rolled off my project. Is my career over?
Are my chances of getting into MBB doomed? I’m currently 5 years old and a top-performing student, but my kindergarten is non-target.
