I’m currently working in Property Management with a great company. Recently, I been resume writing and interview prepping individuals. I also started early in my career in learning/development with new employees which consisted of a robust training program. That being said, I am trying to learn more about recruiting/talent acquisitions to know if this is the right direction for me to change. I emailed colleagues of mine that are recruiters but haven’t received a response. Open to any advice.

Have interviews with A&M for Associate position in the Automotive and Industrial sector. The recruiter said I would have fit and technical rounds. Does anyone have any idea on what to expect for the technical or how to prepare for it?

Applying online to a company where there are legit 10 openings that I am qualified for and interested in. I have a referral at the company as well

1) do I apply to all 10 jobs, or does that look bad? I would optimize resume for each of the jobs

2) do I use my referral for all 10? Don’t want to flood his inbox or look like I am just mass applying, or diluting his opinion so to speak.

Hey Team - Without giving away too much information, I just took the gmat and scored a 710 (Q49, V37) with 8 IR and 6 AWA. My GPA is a 3.6 in Economics from a top 15 college. I played a competitive sport in college and have led various committees post college. I also have a fairly extensive volunteer history. I also plan to retake the GMAT again later this year.

My dream school is Tuck and I'm planning on applying R2. I'm looking for any advice from Tuck Admits, Alums, or people applying. TY!

Looking for anyone in the know about recruiting at Alvarez & Marsal. I applied back at the start of the pandemic and made it to the 2nd to last round interview, but lost out to someone with more restructuring experience. I tried to reapply recently after gaining some experience and passing my CIRA exams, but was told that A&M basically won’t consider me for 3 years after my first application. I’ve never hear of a company having such a policy. Has anyone ever heard of this or have more insight?

How to prepare for a phone screen interview for Prod-ops?

Woke up with a bad case of existential dread. I realize that none of this matters. My trigger - a simple email saying I’ve been passed on to a final round but getting extremely overwhelmed by all the activities and prep I have to do for this day (4+ hr interview day). Senior consultant in risk advisory - what are my exit opps/target salary range? Looking to leave as a S2 and would like to end up in F100

Considering going back to PA. I left PA due to some health issues but I am starting to feel like I left too early. I am a Senior Accountant at a public start up making 80k + equity. I have an offer to go back to a national firm as an S2 at $82 plus sign on bonus. I am really not interested in the work I am doing now and ultimately want to be in management which is hard to see a path to currently - it’s definitely more clear in PA. Am I giving up too much by leaving the equity on the table?
