Has your company stated anything about training in-person employees to better work with and include remote team members as your company goes back to having some employees in office? Mine says they will but I’ll still a little worried.

I am only getting 18.5 LPA (including RSUs) at a Top Product Based Company for 4 YOE, whereas many of my peers are getting 24-30 LPA for my experience level at my company. (some even lesser than me)

People are getting much more than me in Devops and Software Development - Both Frontend and backend.

How much I can ask from PWC, I have 7.6 years exp. Tech stack: cyber security. I have told around 26 / 27 LPA, will they pay that money?
