I have got offer from HCL technologies IOMC Noida, interviewed for Azure Cloud and DevOps, selected for infrastructure related project, wanted to know what is IOMC does IOMC has all the support projects, will this be a good call to join HCL IOMC.
Or Infosys with lesser salary interviewed for same role but project still not decided.

I m caught into an situation i have resigned in Accenture.
Than too project people have onboarded me on the project making me to work for notice period.
No hand holding by others in the project.
Literally i m not able to understand the project as this is new technology with no prior experience and no one to guide me, as the person who position inwill be replacing have resigned and not in a mood to transition me.
Even TL says ask teams mates.
WHAT SHOULD I DO??

What are the consequences when I abscond during notice period from my big service based company that I am working currently, will it create a problem in future if I try to join another company after a few months during bgv. Will it create legal issues. The reason for absconding is actually the company hired me for dev role trained in that but now I am working in a support role I tried everything they are not letting me work in a dev role and teammates manager treating me so badly.
