Would love to hear about your gardening leave experience, especially in the event production sector, i.e. Gartner, Forrester, etc. I’m planning my resignation and I’m unsure if I should plan my next endeavor around it. I plan to continue my career in event production but as an in-house producer for a solution provider, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

No worries OP! Haha. I think you are getting confused with smiley faces :)
Crazy work hours. Low billing rates. My mom’s hires them for work at her firm

This is why I’m scared to not add exclamation points on emails 😂
How about pay ?
Please elaborate or give more detail!
Exclamation mark= shouting. All caps= aggressive shouting
@D1, thanks for you input though, if anyone else out there has any insights I would be very grateful :)
OP i personally don’t know about Hitachi, however if you’re working at an MBB or Big 4 then Hitachi doesn’t really make sense. Idk where you work now but I can see Hitachi make sense if you’re going to use the role as a stepping stone into something else.
I heard they are going to market with a bbq grill wired to the internet, called a “smart hibachi"
