Ques about parallel visa transfer process. My wife is being moved to a new role/location for the same employer so they will be doing a visa amendment. However she might opt for a new job elsewhere soon in which case new employer will file for a visa transfer application as well. If both the applications process overlap for some time, (1) does that create any issue with approval.
