If goal now is to get into MBB (personally prefer McK) - which of the following will be the best option that’ll help me get there -

1. SC at Big4
2. Engineer role at Startup (salary +50% higher than big 4 SC offer)
3. Amazon/Amazon Ops role (salary similar if not higher than option 2)

Big4/ACN folks, would you rather take a promotion in current firm, or accept an MBB job offer but for a lateral role?

How do you structure your day to maintain responsiveness but still have time to actually get work done? I get about 50 emails per day if I had to guess. I find managing my email is a fill-time job. And not the one I wanted when I went into this profession. Any book suggestions, websites on productivity, your own strategies? I honestly have anxiety about work tomorrow mainly because I know I’ll be spending most of my day answering emails and falling behind on other work.

I have offer from Deloitte but they are asking to cross train on their IAM products(like Sailpoint, CyberArk etc). I have other offers from Genpact, Sapient, Ultimate Kronos Group etc.
My current tech stack is Full Stack Java Developer and 5 years of experience.
I am confused that I should go for brand or get cross trained or stay with same technologies.
Other offers 18+2 Genpact, Lead Consultant, Java
Sapient : 19, Senior Associate L1, Core Java
Kronos is less but can try for more
