Also, not having much to look forward to can be an exhausting and paralyzing feeling. Think about some new goals you may want to accomplish that could be done while sheltering?

Yes, before getting Covid I was feeling like that, buy an oximeter to measure your oxigen saturation and measure your temperature frequently.
Same here and I figured that it’s because of lack of time I’m being outside enjoying sun and also not drinking enough water. I’m assuming this quarantine messed up my body cycle when to be active and when to take a rest 😓

Yes! I am constantly tired now. My work has quadrupled. It doesn’t matter how long I sleep. I’m always tired.

When this is over, go to a sleep specialist, you might need a cpap

Fit people still get sleep apnea. Less common but can happen. Don’t think this is the issue though
