Is anyone else dreading getting back to working from the office? I’m quite an introvert and actually enjoyed this work from home, more exercise, less travel, family time and most importantly didn’t have to talk to anyone, lol!

I’ve done a ton in HR but never recruiting. Is that a hard space to get into? I’d like to find a recruiting remote role. Possibly even a part time one.

Was hired as Ent AE @ a young tech co. 7 wks ago. Somewhere there was a disconnect on ramp. We agreed on OTE, but was led to believe that my ramp plan would be outlined by my boss after I started. I brought it up to my mngr several times but got no answers. I thought it was partly due to leadership finalizing quotas & commission plan for the org. We finally got those plans & I asked again about ramp to which he replied “there is none.” In a hot job market, this floors me. What should I do?
