I am a telecom project engineer in Sydney. My performance is really good and management is happy about it. I am getting salary 68k+super per year. Is it a good salary? I have 2 years experience in telecom in this company. And this is my 1st Job after graduation so I really don't know how much is the market salary for similar position.

I made it to the final round of a recruitment process for a Content Marketing Manager position at a big multinational company in the food industry. I now found out they interviewed another candidate and are going to take the next few days to make their final decision. It's just down to thr 2 of us. I tested the waters (currently at $105 base)and got offered a position making $125k base +10% comm up to $500k in atty fees that goes to 15% after half a mil in fees. The work is in first party plaintiff (same field im in now). My boss is desperate. He offered to up my base from 105 to 150 and up my EOY bonus to 10k. 200k base salary guaranteed next year in writing if I stay & named partner. some equity the year after.l if I stay. I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
