Is anyone else having a hard time with their career pivot? I’ve gone 4/5 rounds of interviews multiple times and just haven’t been able to get an offer

How long is a usual timeline to wait for the final round interview? Had positive feedback from previous round but seems like a lot of firms are just starting their processes?

I have found these interviews to be extremely demanding (11+ 45min-1hr interviews with technical/legal specific questions + 10hr writing assessment). Has any one else experienced this? Had my final interview round with a HM almost 1.5 weeks ago and was told during the group prep session that we would hear results within 5 business days following interviews about the decision of going to HC. And I love it! My question is: should I list this as experience in my resume? Many years ago, was fired from a contract job after I reported harassment I observed. I’m applying for a job in a sister company that I know managers speak. Should I be upfront about being fired since really I did nothing wrong, or just wait and see? Any recommendations for industries and roles where you are required to travel for periods of time across USA or internationally? For example, I worked at a trade show company (before CoVID event industry layoffs) and loved the balance of office & show travel. I have a bachelors in marketing but have mostly field sales/sponsorship/event coordination experience as well as wine/spirits industry experience (3yrs). At what point does “ego” stop mattering? Over the past 5 years I’ve worked my way to being an Account Manager, but ultimately my career goal is to work for the government. There’s an opportunity to be an admin assistant working for the government, and would be a nice way for me to get in and move up. But the title change from Account Manager to Assistant is a big deterrent. Logically I know that it doesn’t matter, but emotionally it’s hard to feel like I am taking a major career step back?
