Is anyone else in franchise sales? I’m new sales (4 months in) and struggling to connect with prospects and fill my pipeline. Any advice would be helpful.

Anyone have a list of/know small or large agency’s that are women led? It’s so hard to find founders and executive pages that aren’t so male dominated. I don’t work with a single other woman at my company and i’m getting tired of it.

I’m talking the total addressable market isn’t even as large as these quotas. Also how common is it for sales teams to hit <80% of quota year over year without any consequences/changes? I had an interviewer show up late to an interview and then apologize and say that he’s handling an emergency situation. So, I’m relatively flexible and I say that I’m totally fine rescheduling and he says he’d rather just do the interview. He didn’t have his camera on, he’s in the car driving and talking to me. At the end he gives me his objections and I counter them and then he gives me “an assignment”. To write him an email marketing the company. These are all red flags right?

A few questions:
1. When a company makes an offer to a remote candidate should they consider the cost of living where the remote candiadate lives?
2. As a BDR with 6 months experience, living in Chicago, with 10+ experience in the working world (former teacher), getting an offer from a small health tech company (20 employees) what can I expect OTE to be?

I’ve had a fair amount of success in a couple of direct sales ventures, but I’ve ultimately never risen to the top because I’m not a great teambuilder. I’m trying to figure out how to pivot my career & make something from the skills I learned there, but I’m not really sure what that would look like because I never saw myself getting into sales in the first place. Where should I go from here? What is the pay structure typically like in entry-level sales jobs?
