Is anyone else planning on running the Turkey Trot this year?

I’ve been on Wellbutrin for about a year and it was working…but I feel the depression coming back. I don’t want to just keep upping the dosage (went from 150 -> 200). I’m not too sure what to do and therapy is something I can’t afford right now with my recent rent increase. Any thoughts or advice?

Getting married in the Caribbean end of February. Going absolutely nuts with the range of my RSVP emails. Young people “can’t wait, so excited!!!!”, old people “too afraid to travel”. If it were in January I’d prob postpone, but I kinda feel like end of Feb might be ok? And who’s to say if I move it there won’t be another variant. FWIW planning to require rapid tests, the country requires vaccines everywhere, etc but people are either v comfortable or not at all. 😑 no q, just commiserating

How do you envision gyms opening as part of phase 2? Going to be very difficult to add in restrictions and guidelines in my opinion. Should go for an all or nothing approach and not even think about placing restrictions on my hot yoga class.

Let’s say you’re looking to transform your fitness - lose weight, tone, stay generally healthy. I know diet is more important than exercise. Would you then first focus on your diet and build sustainable changes before getting to exercising? Or would you do both but focus more on diet? If the latter, how do you avoid getting overwhelmed with so many changes? And this is for a long-term ‘feel-good’ kinda lifestyle, not just for immediate weight loss

I workout hard, but then the next day I am so tired and hungry. I’ll go for walk take it easy ect. Is this normal ?
