Hi All,
My current company havs recently merged with ACN. I worked as senior engineer at the moment. I have few questions about ACN world. I hope you could help me out.
1. What is difference between strategy and consultant in ACN. Which is better position in terms of career and salary?
2. as senior engineer with 8+ years experience, which level will I match in ACN E.g. level 9?
3. Is there a chance to boost my salary when they pairing the level?
Thank you in advance

I read this in the AFR https://www.afr.com/companies/professional-services/deloitte-stopped-clients-from-hiring-its-fired-staff-20200813-p55lac
That’s not somewhere I would want to work, if I were in your shoes I would be looking to leave. I have not worked at Deloitte before so can only speak from my experience but I have left workplaces like that before and it really is great for your mental health.

Based in Canberra?
If so, there's plenty of action in the market and Deloitte experience is looked upon favorably.
I know a handful of people (SC/M) who've scored ~35% pay rise (on their pre-covid salary). Drop me a note if you'd like to chat more and want leads.
