I’m starting to get staffed in more CD-level roles and floundering…I need creative director bootcamp. I don’t know how to ask the right questions, develop a creative process, structure a team, or even trust my own judgement on creative anymore. Hello friends. I got a second interview for a Rate Analyst position that, from my research, averages ~90,000 per year. However, I also saw an average of 63,000 on Glassdoor. The job description says 1-3 years experience, I have one year experience and currently earn 62,000 in my first job out of college. I don’t want to be outrageous, would asking for 90k be the wrong move? I plan on asking how much they have budgeted for the position prior to floating a number.
