Truth be told I have never been through onboarding via remote. It’s a bit of a struggle. It’s taking forever to get access to certain resources and my assigned mentor is always underwater. How is everyone dealing with this? My manager seems hard to please in our first couple 1:1s.

In need of a career mentor but not sure how to find one. It’s been difficult finding someone I can trust at firm during WFH. I don’t feel comfortable asking engagement managers because that’s too close. My PML/coach is too busy and I feel may share what I say. I’d ask managers at my last company but I fear they may be biased because they still ask me to come back. Anyone have suggestions? Willing to pay for mentor/coach.

I️ originally told him my range was 85-95 for a remote role & this position is completely onsite. I️ told him I️ had to calculate how much it would cost Bc the commute is about an hour.
