Fixed 21.3 lpa + benefits 1.5 lpa
CTC 22.8 lpa

Please suggest whether it is a decent hike and pay or should I ask for more Fixed pay.

I am the new people mgr for a smaller company. They fired two HR Managers in 2021. One after only 3 months. I was eventually told that I was the second choice. I have been on the job for less than six months. We conducted an EE Engagement survey and there are employees lying about me in the free response sections. Received a sign-on bonus at my current company that grants at the one year mark. I just accepted a new offer, however my 1 year mark isn’t for another 10 days. Is it worth waiting the full 10 days until my sign-on bonus completely vests or is it fine to place my two week notice before?

Hi, slightly dumb ques. So is the rsu component of the total comp fixed? Say a company gave $x amt of rsu vested annually over 4 years, during this time if the stock value appreciates or depriciates, would that affect my already allocated rsu ?

Has anyone here who exited into tech regretted the move? Where I’m coming from is that I have had a good 8 years at consulting but the work at Principal is too sales focused and not something I totally enjoy. I also don’t particularly like the wlb that comes with it. I do like building things and therefore thinking of a tech exit. I haven’t known anything from consulting therefore being a bit cautious otherwise
