I am struggling to find reasonable source of information about salaries expectations - I am working remotely from Europe for a Fintech.

What is reasonable salary for a contracts coordinator in tech companies in NYC. Entry, mid and senior salaries? Have been looking entry level starts at 55K and senior goes over 67K is this reasonable?

How much does a new grad software developer make

I know that you can negotiate a signing bonus to make up for bonuses or stock options you're leaving on the table by leaving a company, but can you negotiate a signing bonus for un-vested options in a privately held company? If so, how do you know what to ask for? I have about 2000 shares vesting in late October but the company mentioned a start date in early September. The strike price is like $5 and the current valuation for the 2k shares is like $40k. Company is probably 3+ yrs from IPO.

What to do when HR is refusing give salary range for internal jobs ?

I graduated last year and was promised a full time salary of 60k (marketing). However, my start date was exactly when Covid hit hard and everyone froze their hiring process and took salary cuts, so my company cut my TC in half. I was loyal to my company and it didn’t hit hard until now. They’re starting to hire many more people in a diff department which makes me think they have the budget now. I’m contemplating getting tested for ADHD because I’ve noticed some signs over the last few years that may be indicative of a diagnosis. I’m only seriously contemplating this because of a potential new job in the future that is much more intense and detail oriented than the work I currently do. I’ll need to pay much more attention, remain focused, listen actively, and ask very important questions in new role. I really want the job and the new pay hike. Is it worth it to see if I am ADHD?

Ive been in an intermodal logistics cordinator for my company for 7 years now and just this last year, i recieved no salary increase because i had reached the "salary limit" for my possition which is 50k. Upper management's direction is to put together the most aggressive deadlines we can. If we think a project will take 16 months, make the plan for 10 months then there's a chance we may launch in 13 months.

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. Just scheduled a meeting to go over an offer for a Senior Engineer role. When asked what I would need to make in order to leave my current job, I said at least $160k depending on benefits (I know I shouldn't have given a number).

I make a little over $145k now, plus stock options, a monthly home office stipend (fully remote), and your usual health benefits.

Assuming their benefits are comparable to my current position, have I given up all negotiation power by providing the initial number?

As I'm moving to a new role in a small company, I have a doubt about my salary structure like the Basic salary part is only 20,000 while my take home is 62k after all deductions.

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.

1- How to calculate an hour rate that covers all the benefits that a contract doesn't covers, like extended health insurance?
