I have the opportunity to get into cyber consulting in Big4 and was wondering if that would be a smart move? I like the idea of being exposed to different areas of cyber and I would get a 15% increase in pay.

I am in the process of finding administrative assistant interns from our local universities. In an effort to make my job opportunity appealing, I am asking everyone in this bowl about an appropriate job title. Is "Administrative Assistant" outdated or unappealing? I certainly don't want to mislead anyone on the job responsibilities, but I do want to avoid any potential negative stereotypes attached to that job title. Are there alternative titles that you find more appropriate for 2022?

Started a new job about a month ago at a REAALLY good firm. The overall job is very difficult and tough to learn. I’m somewhat understanding it but having a hard time, the support/training is there but at the end of the day having a hard time with trying to grasp it all. as an analyst how do I network and maintain connections with external orgs (clients and more so buyers) after the deal has closed? I have their contacts of course but do I add them on LinkedIn after? Is is better to maintain connections w the junior team and how should I go about it w senior management? This is for general networking not that I’m trying to hop to a PE/other org immediately. TIA!

1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?
