My understanding is they are doing a lot of restatements and pre IPO work need to be very technical in accounting

It’s solid. Long hours but I guess that’s expected anywhere in forensics

A lot of travel or no?

Depends on the project. I’ve only traveled once for a couple months in 4 years

Yep I’m in the forensic accounting group. Feel free to DM me would be happy to chat more.

Is it common in the industry for licensed insurance agents to not get any commissions on a referral in which you personally write the policy? Ex: If a current client refers a prospect to our team, I would not receive commission. Additionally, if I write a policy for friends/family I would get a small incentive but it’s a fraction of the commission producers make.
Management is considering changing this going forward. However, I’m not sure how I should react if they keep things how they are now.

High volume recruiting - how are you using Indeed? Posting directly to the site? Using campaigns linked to your ATS, if so what ATS? I always feel as if indeed never works great to provide the right candidate quality and numbers for the price. I’d love to hear some strategies! TIA

In a relationship with a previous client. Not my direct client but works on a separate stream on the same large project. What do i do? Do I tell my boss?

Is Director level within A&M equivalent to SM1/2 at Big4? Also, I have been told by A&M recruiter that I need to meet 2 more MDs as part of the interview process and I have already met 3 Senior Directors. Any idea what can I expect in my final two interviews and will there be any more rounds?
