Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). Trouble networking virtually;

I started recently, 3 months ago. I am not sure how projects/internal moves work but I was wondering if anyone has advice on networking virtually? I am finding it tricky because I don't know anyone apart from my team & I can't view Talent Marketplace because I am on a billable project, not sure how long it will go.

Got a $5.5k federal tax refund this year. Earlier this month, updated my Fed W-4 adding $5K of tax credits to try right-sizing my withholding moving forward. But yesterday’s paycheck, first one reflecting my changes, withheld far less than I was expecting, and calculating YE projection, it seems I’ll now end up $5K short on what I should be withholding annually, rather than right being right on the money. Did I do something wrong on my W-4?

How do you handle mom guilt? I feel like my 1 year old spends more time with a babysitter than he does me and whenever I'm off work I feel like I should spend every possible mintue with him. I don't feel like I can go anywhere with friends or family because those are precious moments I could be spending with my him. When I do convince myself that it may do me some good to do something fun all I think about is him and how I should be spending time with him.

I’m kinda worried about this whole Russia/Ukraine situation. Russia has about 120,000 troops near their border now and various outlets are quoting intelligence officials saying they expect an invasion in early 2022. Ukraine has a large military but not as technically advanced as Russia. Would not be a good situation. Anyone else following this?

If over all hours is the only main criteria then I would not get this year?

I recently gave an interview at BOA and I think I have cleared it. I quoted HR ectc at 35lpa.

Mostly I see people working at the BIG4 switching within the four.

Hello fishes, I have joined EY GDS on June and allocated to a project. But the project is not started yet because of pending approval from client side. So I am sitting idle for 2 months. Since I am on probation for 6 months, does this have any impact on it. Do I need to inform this to anyone or ask for alternate project/task?. I had interaction with my counsellor only once till now and he is it aware of what I am doing.
