Do I get referral bonus if I am on notice?

I have an offer from DIJV at a deputy manager level, but the pay I feel is not upto the mark, they are currently offering me a 30% hike on my current low base, and the fixed component comes to be around 15.
Is this offer on the lower side as the role is for deputy manager.

Serious question from someone looking to move to Chicago. How does the weather affect what you wear to the office? Like if it is super hot do you wear causal clothes on your walk to the office and then change into work clothes once you get to there or do you wear your sweaty clothes you walked there in?
