I’m just starting out and doing this for the very first time (no prior startup exp) and am thinking the people I’m working with right now might not be the right people if the company scales.

Am thinking of dividing equally up to, say, the first $1M of revenue (if we get there), and then renegotiate the split for the next $4M and so on. That makes sense to me, but no idea if it’s a ‘done thing’ in start-ups??
