I’ve been going through quite a rough time and ended up in hospital partially due to stress. Work and personal life stress. Tawakul is there and I’m put my full trust in Allah that he’ll make a way for me out of what feels like rock bottom. I honestly don’t know what to do when it comes to work. The idea of going back to work is giving me anxiety. Before I got ill I was crying in meetings (virtual meeting and on mute). I just feel hopeless and lost 😔

Hi all! Has anyone developed a cat allergy after owning cats? For context, I grew up with cats and have two cats but recently have been getting rashes / hives for the past month. Flare ups happen mostly after carrying my cats etc.

I am in self-contained. Our students are never sent home even tho they are obviously ill. Only projectile vomiting sends a student home.
