I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . When I file my ITR, it is auto-populating the 'income from other sources' by 40k and increasing my tax liability by 10k however form 26as shows no tax liability.

Should I edit the header to Rs. Xx which is below 10k hence tax exempted and stick to info as per 26AS?

Should I update my LinkedIn to say Salesforce Admin? I’ve been certified since October, so I have the role in my headline, but I’m thinking it’s time to update it in my work experience. I have been transitioned to work on only Salesforce related items with the company’s Salesforce Admin. When I asked my boss about a title change, however, they said that it’s doable but want to wait until performance reviews so they can couple it with a pay increase. Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. What am I missing here. Why would t one not go for basic as you are ahead by about $1K. Any explanations or thoughts?
