If this isn’t clear, I’ll receive x ($) times (the difference between my max billable hours and my min) as my yearly bonus. I know what number my firm uses but was told it’s been the same for years. I’ve been seeing all of the Instagram and Linked In posts from agencies in town showing their “commitment to transparency in hiring” and to hire more minorities in light of the BLM movement. I knew the numbers were bad, but holy shit, not THAT bad.
It’s infuriating to me, as a POC how many fucking times I applied, emailed and reached out to so many of these agencies without getting even the time of day.
I’ll believe their supposed commitments, when I actually see the results.

I was promoted to the chair of my dept. (first woman woo hoo.) Here is the issue- I can’t do it all. I’ve always done a lot of marketing. Billed the most. People still expect that from me but I can’t. So now I’m trying to figure out what I can get relief with but I’m not sure what would give me the most relief. Any tips on how to find this balance? I have files clients won’t let me give up. I’ve give up the others already and am taking on very limited new cases going forward.

EY employee having work experience of 2 years and recently got into PIP, and now wants to put down the paper on a good note, to pursue further studies. Will there be any adverse effects if he puts down the paper.
Will they blacklist him or terminate him. Feeling scary.
Also, In pip , if someone puts papers, does he serve notice period of 2 months or they just release him immediately.
Please suggest, feeling scary, one thing I want is to leave the firm in a good note and no bad remarks.
