I got an offer from a top 5 bank with the following details.

92k base salary
10% target annual bonus
No signing bonus

I am going to counter with 100k and 8k signing bonus and provide them with my reasoning. The salary range on the job posting is 84k - 99k - 109k. Is 8k more insulting? Should I ask for 102k? The recruiter told me they are targeting low 90s when we first started talking, fyi. I also heard this company doesn't do signing bonuses so we will see about that.

I've recently found out that I'm making 20-30% less than associates with less years experience/involvement than me. I am loyal. I don't want to jump ship. I've been routinely contacted from other firms for more $$ and I've declined. How do I communicate this without being too aggressive and below board?
