Is anyone’s Columbia decision late?

I am a HR Generalist, I was called into my managers office and she informed me I was getting a verbal write up because she claimed I never told her that a supervisor was secretly changing peoples pay rates. I then said , that is untrue and I have screenshots that I sent to you on teams and a email that states I informed you of these issues back on June 6th. She then oh okay the write up is dismissed. Am I being to emotional to still be upset about this ?

What other companies are paying 18 dollars and hour as a production artist? My job is to design pins, coins, lanyards, and all other sorts of products to then be prodded out to show a customer. They get free revisions and I am supposed to prof out them as fast as possible.

My brother just got a 670 with a 46 in verbal. Can he get into foster / is it easy for him to get up to 720-740? He studied a couple weeks

I was offered a role with GDS in SAT area. After HR's offer , I asked for higher CTC. Now HR is saying that , they have sent for exception approval and waiting for feedback since 2 weeks.

What is this Exception approval ?

From whom will they take (Is it senior HR or Business or Both)

What is the lead time for it.

What are my odds of having to pay back the sign-on bonus if I leave Accenture prior to my 1 year? My sign on was >25k.
Looking through my offer letter there is mention of an “addendum” that “outlines any applicable repayment terms” for the sign-on. This addendum is not in my offer letter, was not included as an attachment to my offer letter, and HR did not respond when I asked them if they can provide the addendum.

I’m thinking about hiring an admission counselor, but debating who to hire.
(1) A former member of Ad Com of the T10 school that I quite want to get in. Left ~5 year ago, read lower hundreds of files. No team, just 1 person. $ is ~80% of (2)
(2) The larger orgs that being mentioned by this bowl frequently. Think Stacy, Stratus, Square One. The team based/double-check systems and the unverifiable track record section on the website look comforting to me.
