I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

I’m a BA looking to switch. 😊preferably Financial services but have experience in insurance and resources
IBM2 - can't help with healthcare. With experience in PMO and KT, you have an uphill battle to jump firms as a BA. Make sure you frame your experience to align with the work BAs do (though you will have some gaps) and be honest with whoever is on the other side of the table. Alternately, try to get some more relevant experience before making the jump.
IBM2 - It will vary considerably from company to company, practice to practice, and industry to industry. I'd try to network and find someone with the job you want and chat with him or her.
Echoing OP’s question. Nearing the end of my first year and interested in a ba type role elsewhere. Primarily have experience with knowledge transfer and PMO; interested in strategy and healthcare
Thanks for the feedback, M1. What type of work is typical for BA’s at most firms?
Manager 1 - financial services but open to any industry with strategy roles available. I’ve done strat and ops so far
