Has anyone been hired to be a fully remote associate or work at a firm that has hired fully remote associates? I’m contemplating the move but am concerned about the lack of face time with partners and concerned I’ll be seen as a second class citizen to the associates who are there in person.

I feel like the fertility process is pulling my hubs and I apart. We’re both not great at communication, but I feel like this stressful process just is not bringing us together at all. Does anyone from VAT indirect taxation profile in EY let me know if we can get around 13-14 lacs fixed package if we are currently on 11 lacs fixed. I could see many AM level are getting 18-19 lacs also. Is there no bracket or is there a highest bracket?
