They don’t care that you analyzed 30 companies and feel that your not at market. They care about what have you done for them. How is it going to impact them if you leave. Other than you are important on two projects as someone with 1.5 YOE (which is easy to replace), you don’t have much bargaining power
OP, just because there’s a possible turnover cost doesn’t mean it would equate to a month worth of time and/or labor costs… if anything, your own estimate shows you’re asking about double in increase.
The reality is, for someone with 1.5 YOE, your project replacement probably already exists at your company and doesn’t need to be recruited in the first place.
If you think you can convince your leadership that’s what you’re worth, go for it. But if even you’re laughing at the thought of you making 15% more….
I don’t think it’ll go that far. You’ll never know, unless you ask. And if that’s actually their reaction, then that job is a dead end anyways, and you’d be better off elsewhere.

Why do o you think you deserve a 15% raise? And I assume this outside of the annual increase
Pwc they have pretty rigid promo timelines, I believe my promo is coming up either this June or December. Either way, don’t want to wait when I can get a salary raise now
With 7% inflation, it’s only an 8% raise in real terms.
