Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? And how would I be able to cross over to management?

Currently an RX senior associate at A&M. Ive dealt with a fair amount of distressed pe firms and I'm pretty interested in the space. I think the skillset is much broader and opens me up to learning a lot of new skills. One thing Im curious about is how to make the move over to a invest role.

I've been working full time for 13 years and need a break. Thinking of taking a sabbatical and would like to spend some time in Europe, thinking about doing some kind of studying/short course abroad. Currently 13 yoe, mba,pmp,making 122k in DC area. I am focused in Java development working in federal with TS sci ci poly. I did try Amazon didn't get it but have a couple of potential offers from fed consulting or contractors ~190k base. I know I need to get more experience in cloud and cicd to make myself more marketable. I think MS could be option but need FSP and couple of coworkers think not worth it.
