Is becoming a member of “The League” worth it in Chicago?

I live in a very small rural community. I am trying to start a LGBTQ+ Alliance group for my students. Currently my administration is on board, but you can see the apprehension as I talked with them this morning.

I am not sure how to proceed, they approve but do not want me to be school sponsored "for liability" reasons. How are we supposed to do anything if I can't use the buses, or take them to things sponsored by the LGBT Community? HELP! Please no haters.

Pretty happy but underpaid currently. A decent agency approached me about a senior position that would almost double my salary. Don’t really want to work there, but want to make more $$. Any advice?

So... what's a good med school to track into a strong trauma residency? My second dad talks about Presbyterian in NYC as awesome.. but am trying to get an understanding of options to help degap her own research.
