Is booth giving out early release notices as well or just interview invites?

I have about 15 years of experience in tech with 2 years as head of product in a startup. I'm trying to find a new leadership role which is proving to be very difficult. My applications seem to get rejected because I don't meet the "minimum X number of years in product" requirement. I feel confident about leading a product team and believe that I have a unique blend of skills which can be applied effectively to build successful products. Any suggestions on how I could land more interviews?

I’ve been interviewing at 2 companies & I got an offer today from 1 & I have an interview with the other on Friday. I think the 2nd company will have higher pay & it’s a better role. I want to keep both options open but I know that the 1st company is trying to get someone started quickly & I don’t want to lose the offer just in case the other falls through. Would it be ok to ask the 2nd company to move my interview up or should I just leave it & hold on accepting the 1st offer?

I have been going on interviews and noticed 2 department heads already assume I was laid off or fired due to a 4 months gap. I explained I left my last role due to short term health issues that have been resolved. Not even sure how to respond when they assume. Any advise? Thanks!

Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS). I love the position and what it entails, but was hoping to reach $150-$160 base salary. If offered the position, is this a reasonable ask? This is for big pharma, data analytics in New England.
