Absolutely. I'm able to take a break from work right now and I've found any time I try open a laptop to do anything other than browse it's just not flowing, even my open source work - I don't know how long you've been coding but for me it's most of my life from a young age, then 20 years professionally as mostly an IC, then in some leadership roles.
It can be a sign of pending burnout, or even (sadly) that's it's too late and it's a coping mechanism to help you see you need to slow down and recover.
I've hit the "what's next" phase, rather than stress induced - it's hard to see what to focus on to grow into the next role - and actually a lot of it doesn't feel like it's code - it's more people and process related.
Obviously this is my personal take but it might be one to reflect for some in a similar career stage.
I'd say it's just fatigue and being burnt out. Solving problems with code is mentally draining, and I think coders block is your brain feeling the equivalent to how your muscles feel when working out and doing reps until failure. There is also an aspect of creativity and sometimes you gotta look at the problem differently. Not gonna lie, I've smoked a bowl and had epiphanies many times 😂
