Hi fishes,
I had my first technical round in Infosys on 17 Sep 22. It went well and lasted around 1.5 hr. In evening same day I got mail for documents submission on survey portal and I uploaded there whatever required.
After that no communication from their side. Now today, I got another mail for interview round on 29 Sep 22 from Infosys but there is no mention of if it is second technical or managerial. It is Just a normal invitation link like I got for first round.
Guys, Any idea about it?

I got a call from a MS recruiter for a counterparty risk role for the associate position and she refused to disclose the band to me which they pay.

What can be the band for MS here? I tried glassdoor but not sure what the high end for an associate can be

It depends on what you seek in terms of 4-5 years from your career. In my perspective, Cognizant gives a good mix of quality of work, Growth opportunities, work life balance, travel opportunities,etc. Also depends on what line of work you are in. I recommend Cognizant.
Increment % depends on multiple factors, such as which Horizontal / BU you are in. How is the economy performing and definitely on how as an individual performed during the current appraisal cycle. But it is not uncommon for top performers to touch the double digit.
