As an accounting major does it look bad to not have a cpa... really struggling. Mainly cause my heart just isn’t in it. I want to risk consulting or it assurance and potentially work towards my cisa. But since I have an accounting degree I feel as though it’s going be look down on if I don’t do my cpa.

I have a question. I have enough credits for the CPA exam, but before I realized that I was aiming for a Master in Accounting and got accepted in my school 5 year program for that purpose. Is there any benefit of getting said master? Or should I focus on passing the CPA exam instead? I just finished my first tax internship and everybody said that the CPA was unavoidable but nobody talked about any benefit of getting a master whatsoever.

Just trying to plan ahead for next year, but does it matter which round you apply to? Planning to apply to 8 schools (4 each round). Schools I want more in R1, reaches in R2. I'm an Asian American F, low GPA/high GMAT, T10 Engineering, 4 YoE in consulting (if that changes anything).

Took an official mock exam before starting to study and scored 600. Studied for 6 weeks, scored the following on official mock tests: 710, 720, 710, and 750 (46v/ 48q). My dream school is HBS, should I cancel my score on the actual exam if I score 710? I'm an international student and have a great story and EC to compliment my application.
