Hey! I got an offer today from R@kuten for Sr Business Analyst of CAD $110K+15% annual bonus. Verbally in conversation with recruiter I had asked for CAD 115+10% annual bonus. I was initially offered $110k+10% annual bonus. I think I’ve already priced myself low which might be decent (not sure) for Toronto but way less in comparison with Bay Area where most of team will be based off. Gave 3 rounds of interviews with Rubrik. No feedback got a call saying you got rejected thats it. Don't candidates deserve a chance to know their feedback you might think I am writing this out of spite but this happens in most of the companies In my case, I was 100% sure about how I performed in the interview because all the questions asked were one or the other way from one of many inteviews I attend. I was able to answer every question discussed and shared my thoughts while writing the code.
