When do partners decide when an associate is good enough to make partner? I’m a senior and it is extremely clear to me when an associate has it or doesn’t, and moreover it doesn’t take eight years to figure it out; it takes just one or two matters for me to know if they’re adding value or are ultimately just a commodity. It’s hard for me to avoid the conclusion that associates are largely being strung along by partners who are going to can them at some point, long after that decision is made.

I got offer from CTS. But Hr is asking to provide form16 or pf statement for all my previous companies, else my background check will fail. Is it true?
I can provide these for my current company, but difficult to get for earlier ones, since it's been almost 10 yrs I have left them. I have written to hr of previous companies but no response yet.
I told CTS HR that I have experience letter, relieving letter, salary slips , bank statement, but she says it's not enough. Any thoughts pls?

Early into career in Technology Consulting at a large firm (think Big 4). Have some experience in implementation and it has been fine but not where I see myself long term. Trying to figure out what other career paths I can go into such as Data Engineering or Data Analytics. Also interested in AI and Emerging technology such as blockchain.

How would you reply to recruiters who ask you what other positions are you interested in when you are interviewing with them? Hi I got an offer letter from Accenture with DOJ 1st of March but my current organization release me on the 4th of march so in that case what should i need to do as i have already sent a mail to HR to extend my offer letter till 6th of March and she was agree on that.
