Is deloitte best among all big 4 ?

I want some help basically last week received an offer letter from jp Morgan but till now didn't get any bgv email. As well as my status is showing as "your recruiting journey is complete! Check your email for next steps"
Please guide me how much time it will take to get an email for bgv process.

Is a CTC of around 34 LPA good enough for a AVP in Business Analytics with 8 years of work exp? Is it at par with what HSBC pays at this level? GCB 5?
Want to make sure I get the right deal.

When I look at my day rate being charged to client and what am paid I wonder where rest of money goes. While I can understand billing rates to be higher than your pay rate but 4-5 times higher?? I can’t get that. I feel many of consulting firms especially MBB and big 4 have over inflated rates as compared to services they provide. This needs correction sooner or later.

Do we need to share the currently holding offer letter to TCS for a salary negotiation?
Any experienced person please help me on this

I'm American, but my family is mostly Colombian. I was told my aunt and cousins would come here for 2 weeks. This is for tech consulting in their government practice and I am an MBA grad. Current company willing to retain at 20 so is there any point hoping for EY to exceed that?
