What is the typical Fixed pay at kpmg deal advisory (corp fin) at an associate level with a total of 4+ years experience (3+ years post MBA)
And how does it compare with other big4s?

Moms, do you give annual raises to your cleaning person? We have someone come weekly and clean our 2 bedroom apartment but she doesn’t do refrigerator, throw trash out, or wash any utensils etc. it’s mainly for toilets and floors of living and drawing room (bedrooms are all carpeted), she also dusts only once a month. We pay her 100 per week and she recently wanted a 20% weekly increase. I am not sure if this is expected. Any suggestions? She is with us for past 6 months…

1. Manager MBB non-US.

TC = 180k, with yearly promotions of ~25% increases. Likely path to partner in 5 years, making ~450-550k TC.

2. PE Associate at a boutique, non-US.

TC = 250k, no clear promotion path.

MDs make >450k, potentially reaching 1-2M in good years. Absolutely no idea how long it would take or if it would even be possible at this boutique.
Also, MBA-sponsored. Would have to payback 180k in tuition in case of choosing (2).
